John Dudas – Race Director and Founder of Huffing for Stuffing Thanksgiving Day Run.  John is very active in the local running community and has run 32 marathons to date in 19 states around the country, including the Boston Marathon 8 times. His marathon PR is 3:09:31. He also serves on the Lewis & Clark Marathon race committee and is Vice President of the Big Sky Wind Drinkers. After growing up in Boston with a family tradition of running a “Turkey Trot” before sitting down to a holiday feast, he recognized an opportunity here in Bozeman to bring folks together to support a worthy local cause on Thanksgiving.

JC Hoyt – Co-Race Director:  Most recently from Austin, Texas, JC has been involved with several non-profit committees and enjoys being active in the Bozeman community.  He is a veteran of multiple marathons and undoubtedly has the largest collection of race T-shirts west of the Mississippi! JC brings many BIG ideas and an invaluable “Can-Do” attitude to Huffing For Stuffing .

Tim Trzinski – Director of the Gallatin Valley Food Bank. Tim is a local runner and provides terrific leadership for the Gallatin Valley Food Bank. Tim is the key liaison between Huffing For Stuffing and the Gallatin Valley Food Bank who has terrific ideas for the event and who helps us keep focused on our central mission.

Jim Bowker: Jim is a fishery biologist with the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service whose road racing days date back to the late 70’s.  A hip replacement 10 yrs ago and an impending knee replacement have curtailed his running, which has freed up some time to allow him to get involved with a variety of non-profit community organizations.  In addition to the Huffing For Stuffing race committee, he is also involved with the Big Sky Volunteer Ski Patrol and the Vigilante Theatre Company.  Back in the day, Jim raced everything from 5k’s to marathons  and logged a couple of sub-2:40 marathons.  After so many years of running it just seemed natural for him to volunteer on a race committee, especially one that benefits such a worthwhile cause.

Peter Sveen – Web Design: Peter is a local entrepreneur who loves to be involved in the community. He is a member of the Big Sky Wind Drinkers Running club and has participated in both Huffing for Stuffing runs. Originally from South Dakota and more recently a Cornhusker graduate, Pete is the owner of  SVENtech Solutions and SVEN GEAR Apparel.

Lori Christenson: Lori is an invaluable member of our race committee and too humble to be profiled with the fanfare she deserves. Lori spends her 9-5 day (and then some!) working at the Gallatin Valley Food Bank.
